Standard custom apparel orders are normally ready for pickup or shipping within 4 business days after payment and final artwork approval. We may source the blank specifically for your order. If a selected style, color, or size becomes unavailable, we will contact you with comparable options before production.
HOW IT WORKS
- Choose your garment style, brand, color, size, and quantity.
- Choose front only or front + back printing.
- Upload your artwork.
- Choose Print My File As Submitted or Artwork Cleanup +$10.
- Review and approve your artwork/proof.
- Pay for the complete finished order before production.
- Choose local pickup or shipping.
- We source the blank if needed, print the design, press the garment, and notify you when it is ready.
PRINT MY FILE AS SUBMITTED
This is for artwork that is already print-ready. For best results, use high-resolution artwork at 300 DPI with the background exactly how you want it printed. Transparent PNG artwork is recommended when you do not want a background.
If you choose this option, you are responsible for issues already contained in your submitted file, including low resolution, unwanted backgrounds, stray pixels, white halos, poor background removal, AI artifacts, spelling errors, incorrect dates, wrong numbers, or other visible artwork problems.
ARTWORK CLEANUP +$10
If your AI art or customer artwork needs help, choose the paid artwork-cleanup option. We can clean backgrounds, remove stray pixels or white halos, prepare the file for printing, resize it correctly, and send a proof for approval before production.
PROOF APPROVAL & CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
If Hatfield McCoy DTF provides a proof, the customer is responsible for reviewing all names, spelling, dates, numbers, colors, placement, sizing, and design details before approving it. Approval means the customer accepts the proof as correct.
If the customer approves a proof containing an error that was visible on the proof, the customer is responsible for the finished product and any reprint cost. If Hatfield McCoy DTF makes an error after approval and the finished item does not match the approved proof because of our production or artwork-preparation error, we will correct or reprint the affected item.

The Build Your Shirt / Build Your Apparel ordering system is being configured now. It will go live once garment colors, artwork upload, and customer proof/approval are fully connected and tested.
