Production and shipping
Standard DTF gang sheet production turnaround is 24–48 hours after payment and receipt of print-ready artwork. Production days are Monday–Saturday; Sundays do not count toward turnaround. Standard custom apparel orders are normally ready for pickup or shipping within 4 business days after payment and final artwork approval. Other custom products follow the estimate on the product page or your confirmed quote.
Production time does not include carrier transit time. Shipping methods and charges available for your order are displayed at checkout. Any eligible shipping promotion is reflected in the checkout total.
Deadlines and rush production
If you need an order by a specific date, contact us before ordering with your deadline, items, quantities and destination. For same-day printing, add the $50 rush option to your cart with your print order. No prior approval is needed to select this paid option. Payment and print-ready artwork are required for production. Rush production does not include faster carrier shipping.
Local pickup
Contact us before ordering to confirm pickup availability, location and timing, especially during our move to Rogersville, Tennessee. Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before traveling. Do not assume pickup is available at the new storefront while it is being prepared.
Delivery help
Check your shipping address before submitting your order. For an address correction, delayed delivery, missing package or shipping damage, email hatfieldmccoydtf1@gmail.com with your order number. For damaged items, include photos of the item and packaging so we can investigate and help resolve the problem.
Same-day rush deadlines — Eastern time
- Local pickup: payment and print-ready artwork must be received by 4 PM for pickup readiness by 9 PM that day. Wait for your order-ready notification before traveling.
- Shipping: payment and print-ready artwork must be received by 2 PM for same-day dispatch, subject to that day’s USPS, UPS or FedEx collection or drop-off schedule. Same-day dispatch does not mean same-day delivery; carrier transit time is additional.
The $50 rush option applies Monday–Saturday when we are in the shop. Same-day service is unavailable when we are away. Orders received after the applicable cutoff do not qualify for that day’s rush service.
