Ordering from Hatfield McCoy DTF
These terms explain ordering custom printing through Hatfield McCoy DTF. For help, email hatfieldmccoydtf1@gmail.com.
Your order and artwork
Review the selected product, dimensions, quantities, options and contact details before checkout. Use artwork at the final intended print size; 300 DPI and a transparent PNG are recommended when no background should print. Review spelling, dates, numbers, sizing, placement and backgrounds before submitting a gang sheet or approving a proof.
Print-as-submitted orders use the artwork provided. Artwork cleanup and proof services apply when included in the selected product or agreed quote. Our custom apparel page explains the artwork-cleanup option and proof-approval responsibilities.
Builder warnings and customer-supplied artwork
Customers must review all artwork warnings, marked issues, previews and required acknowledgments displayed by the website or gang sheet builder before submitting an order. If a low-DPI or low-resolution warning appears, correct the artwork before ordering or understand that proceeding may result in blurry or pixelated printing.
For print-as-submitted orders, Hatfield McCoy DTF is not responsible for print-quality problems caused by customer-supplied low-resolution artwork or errors in the submitted file, including unwanted backgrounds, stray pixels, white halos, spelling errors, incorrect sizes or layout mistakes. Proceeding despite a warning does not include artwork correction or a free reprint for the flagged issue. Customers are responsible for reviewing their entire design even when no warning appears; automated checks may not detect every problem.
This does not exclude responsibility for our own production errors or limit rights required by law.
Payment, production and deadlines
Production timing begins after payment and receipt of the required print-ready artwork or final artwork approval, as specified for the product. Consult the product page or confirmed quote for the applicable production estimate. Shipping time is additional. For same-day printing, add the $50 rush option to your cart with your print order; no prior approval is needed to select it. Shipping, pickup and order concerns
See our shipping policy for production, shipping and pickup details and our refund policy for order problems, changes and returns. Pickup location and readiness must be confirmed before collection.
Privacy

These terms do not limit rights provided by applicable law.
Same-day rush deadlines — Eastern time
- Local pickup: payment and print-ready artwork must be received by 4 PM for pickup readiness by 9 PM that day. Wait for your order-ready notification before traveling.
- Shipping: payment and print-ready artwork must be received by 2 PM for same-day dispatch, subject to that day’s USPS, UPS or FedEx collection or drop-off schedule. Same-day dispatch does not mean same-day delivery; carrier transit time is additional.
The $50 rush option applies Monday–Saturday when we are in the shop. Same-day service is unavailable when we are away. Orders received after the applicable cutoff do not qualify for that day’s rush service.
